Color, Reflect & Reset With Foila

Heyyy there!!! 💚

I'm so happy that you'll be joining me for Color, Reflect & Reset.

This is more than a coloring session.

It's a chance to slow down, be creative, reflect, and spend intentional time with yourself and others in a welcoming and supportive space.

Each month we gather around a new Reflection Coloring Card and a new theme, creating space for meaningful conversation, creativity, connection and reflection.

A few things to know:

  • ✨ Complete the form below so I can mail your Reflection Coloring Card and send your event details.

  • 📬 Registration closes on July 17th so your Reflection Coloring Card has time to make its journey to you before we meet.

📬 Your Reflection Coloring Card becomes a keepsake of the experience and a reminder of the reflection long after we gather.

  • 🎨 Gather your favorite coloring supplies while you wait... markers, colored pencils, crayons, gel pens, paint, or whatever brings you joy. There is no right way to participate, and no artistic experience is needed.

  • 💻 We'll meet online on Saturday, August 8th from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST.

  • 💚 Come ready to color, reflect, connect, and reset.

Whether you color, journal, share, or simply listen, this is your time.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

I can't wait to color with you.

May your journey be. 🤍
