WHAT EXACTLY IS COLOR, REFLECT & RESET?

It's more than a coloring session.

Each month, I create original Reflection Coloring Cards around a theme we're navigating in real life.

Before we meet, your cards are mailed directly to you. Then we gather online for a guided experience where you can color, journal, listen, reflect, share... or simply be present.

You don't have to be an artist.

You don't have to know what to say.

You just have to come as you are.

There is no “right” way to color your Reflection Coloring Cards. What you notice, what you choose, and what comes up along the way belongs to you.

OCTOBER: FEAR + BURNOUT

Sometimes burnout doesn't begin with doing too much.

Sometimes fear is somewhere underneath it.

Fear of falling behind.

Fear of disappointing someone.

Fear of saying no.

Fear of slowing down.

This October, we'll make space to look at the relationship between fear and burnout... what fear may be signaling, what happens when we keep pushing past ourselves, and what it can look like to pause.

You'll receive three original Reflection Coloring Cards, each with a matching journal card, created around this month's theme.

During our gathering, one featured card will become the center of our coloring, conversation, and reflection. The rest are yours to continue exploring in your own time.

We'll also be joined by a professional voice, bringing experience and perspective to our conversation around burnout, fear, and what it can look like to protect our peace.

Your cards have to travel before we gather. 💌 Unlike a typical online event, part of your Color, Reflect & Reset experience arrives at your door. That means registration can't stay open until the day of the gathering. October enrollment closes September 19.

BEFORE YOU JOIN.

Do I need to know how to color or draw?

No. No artistic experience is necessary.

Do I have to talk?

No. You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable. You can share, color, journal, listen, or simply be present.

What do I need?

Your mailed Reflection Coloring Cards and whatever you’d like to color with... colored pencils, markers, crayons, paint, or even a regular pen or pencil. You don’t need special supplies. If you’re not sure how to color, you can create simple lines, shapes, or patterns instead. And don’t worry if you’ve never done that before... we’ll show you a few simple ways to get started during the gathering.

Where is the gathering?

Online, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable... your home, the park, the beach, or wherever you can make space for yourself.

When will I receive my cards?

October's cards will be mailed on September 20 via USPS. Because your cards need time to reach you before we gather, registration for mailed participation closes September 19.

What's the difference between $30 and $20/month?

$30 is a one-time October experience with no recurring commitment. $20/month makes Color, Reflect & Reset part of your monthly rhythm, with each month's Reflection Coloring Cards, matching Journal Cards, and gathering included while your subscription is active.

What if my cards don't arrive before the gathering?

You can still join us. Your place in the gathering isn't dependent on the mail arriving on time, and your cards are still yours to use when they arrive.
