We gather online every second Saturday of the month from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET.

Each month, we explore a different theme through original Reflection Coloring Cards, intentional questions, meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and the perspective of a featured guest.

Before we gather, your Reflection Coloring Cards will be mailed directly to you. When it's time to meet, bring your cards and whatever you'd like to color with... or simply come as you are.

You are welcome to color, journal, share, listen, or simply be present.

There is no right way to experience Color, Reflect & Reset.

This month, we'll explore fear and its relationship with burnout... what fear may be signaling, what happens when we don't pause, and what it can look like to return to ourselves.
