Color, Reflect & Reset with Foila 💚

A monthly guided reflective gathering created to give you space to slow down, create, reflect, and connect.

We gather online every second Saturday of the month from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET.

Each month, we explore a different theme through original Reflection Coloring Cards, intentional questions, meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and the perspective of a featured guest.

Before we gather, your Reflection Coloring Cards will be mailed directly to you. When it's time to meet, bring your cards and whatever you'd like to color with... or simply come as you are.

You are welcome to color, journal, share, listen, or simply be present.

There is no right way to experience Color, Reflect & Reset.

This Month at Color, Reflect & Reset 🌻

November... Gratitude | Filling Cups

This month, we're exploring gratitude through nourishment... not only through what we eat or drink, but through the people, moments, experiences, and forms of care that sustain us.

We'll reflect on what has been filling our cups, what we may have been moving too quickly to truly savor, and what we've received that we may now have enough of to share.

And because November is a month of nourishment and gratitude, this month's experience will be a little different. 💚

Instead of the usual CRR envelope, November participants will receive a special curated Filling Cups box featuring your Reflection Coloring Cards along with a selection of thoughtfully chosen products from collaborating small businesses.

Some things are meant to be consumed.

Others are meant to be savored.

Next Gathering: Saturday, November 14, 2026
November enrollment closes: October 30, 2026
Space is limited for this special experience.

Come As You Are 💚

You don't need to be an artist.

You don't need to know what you're going to say.

And you don't have to share anything you don't want to share.

Bring your coloring supplies, bring your box, and bring yourself.

Come color. Come reflect. Come connect. Come reset.

I can't wait to gather with you.

May your journey be. 🤍
