2. Products (Candles & Physical Goods)

All physical products, including candles and print-on-demand items, are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Retreats & Experiences (Unconditional Retreat)

Participation in retreats and live experiences is subject to a separate Retreat Cancellation & Booking Policy.

By booking a retreat, you acknowledge:

  • Spaces are limited and reserved in advance
  • Deposits may be non-refundable
  • You are responsible for your own health, travel, and participation
  • We may update retreat details if necessary for safety or logistics

We reserve the right to refuse or remove participation from any retreat if necessary for the safety or integrity of the group experience.

5. Orders & Payment

  • All orders and bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise stated (e.g., deposit-based retreat structure)
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available to locations listed at checkout
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
  • Damaged items must be reported according to our Return & Refund Policy
